These terms apply when you use cartolem.com and when you buy from Cartolem. By placing an order you agree to them — please read them carefully.
1. Our products
Cartolem skincare, hair, body and bath products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Our supplement is a dietary supplement. Product descriptions are for general information and are not medical advice. Always read the full ingredient list and cautions on the product page and label, patch-test new skincare, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud — in which case you will be fully refunded.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Sales tax is added where required. For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included and are payable by the recipient (see our Shipping policy).
4. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is described in our Shipping policy and returns in our Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account. Please make sure your contact and address details are accurate.
6. Intellectual property
The Cartolem name, logo, packaging designs, photography and website content belong to us and may not be used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the date of your order applies to that order.
